Tiak Koon Loh
Chief Executive Officer, HiSoft Technology International Limited
With more than 20 years of experience leading high-growth IT companies, Mr. Loh brings extensive sophisticated service offering expertise to hiSoft's rapidly expanding technology outsourcing capabilities. Before joining hiSoft, Mr. Loh was Corporate Vice President for Hewlett-Packard, responsible for expanding the China and Hong Kong integration, outsourcing, consulting, and technical service businesses.
Among his significant previous positions, Mr. Loh served as the Managing Director for the Internet Capital Group and CEO for Vanda and Cap Gemini Asia-Pacific, as well as holding positions at IBM and Lotus Professional Services. Mr. Loh graduated from the National University of Singapore with a degree in Electrical Engineering.
Chu Tzer Liu
Senior Vice President, Managing Director of Singapore
Mr. Liu has 25 years of experience in the information technology industry, spanning field engineering, professional services, business process re-engineering, and sales. Prior to joining hiSoft, Mr. Liu founded AllianceSPEC Pte Ltd in 2000 as a specialized IT professional services organization in Singapore, focusing on the application software testing business.
The company quickly established itself as a respected independent application testing and software quality assurance services provider with a customer base of blue chip companies, especially in the banking and financial services industry. Previously, Mr. Liu spent a number of years at IBM Singapore, holding management positions across several different operationally-critical business functions.
Bob Hennessy
Vice President, CEO BearingPoint Pty Limited
Bob has been in the technology industry for over 34 years, performing CIO roles in the region in major transport, banking and telecommunications organisations. In his last role in telecommunications, Bob handled a billion dollar budget as COO, represented his company on the G9, and was a director of a regional telecommunications company. Bob’s business transformation experience is amongst the most extensive in the country, having been responsible for all or significant parts of 7 total company systems and process transformations. He has held executive positions on steering committees and led integration activities in four company mergers.
At BearingPoint, he continues to leverage his broad IT and business transformation experience to ensure BearingPoint brings the right mix of competencies to market to support the business aspirations of our customers.
Chris Ganly

Chris leads the Advisory practice within BearingPoint and specialises in the delivery of practical and actionable advice. He is also the Chief Financial Officer for BearingPoint.
He is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of experience in professional services and tier 1 management consulting and advisory firms. Chris has experience in the areas of enterprise systems strategy, selection and implementation; technology sourcing; Business and IT strategy; business process improvement; and shared services. He has extensive experience across Asia in the consumer goods, manufacturing, financial services, government and higher education sectors.
Geoff Meeks
Senior Director, COO BearingPoint Pty Limited
Geoff has over 25 years experience as a general management practitioner both locally and internationally.
Professionally qualified with post graduate credentials and international training in Europe and the USA, Geoff’s management career has covered a broad range of industries ranging from mining and manufacturing/wholesale distribution to advertising and professional services. Specialising in IT start-ups and leadership, Geoff has successfully created and led large people management functions for newly launched companies, as well as merged and acquired organisations. At BearingPoint he continues to provide leadership in the legal, marketing, human resource and financial operations areas. Geoff also provides executive sponsorship to our Change Management Practice.
Gideon Lupton

Gideon leads our Enterprise Solutions Practice and specialises in delivering BearingPoint solutions into the consumer and industrial manufacturing industry sector.
Gideon has been providing consulting advice to clients since 1993, when he joined KPMG. Since then he has gone on to work in a variety of industry areas, from dairy to telecommunications, and from insurance to nuclear science. However, the majority of his time has been spent in CPG and in manufacturing in general. Gideon’s experience is wide ranging. In the IT-sphere it includes the development of ERP strategies; delivery of both large and small scale ERP projects; test management and functional logistics-related roles. Outside of IT, Gideon has performed both management and hands-on roles in operational projects in the CPG sector, in the areas of marketing and supply chain.

He has successfully applied his skills in the areas of business transformation, business unit management, technology and business strategy, program delivery, telecommunications strategy, IT systems and infrastructure architecture, telecommunication strategy, and business process improvement.
